There are few places in the world that have brought more joy, to so many, like Tree Farm in Santa Barbara. In celebration of the holiday season, mothers, fathers, sons and daughters traveled near and far to gather as a family, and walk the grove in search of the perfect Christmas tree.

Rooted deep in Santa Barbara history, Tree Farm has been nurtured by the Cavaletto Family for over 75 years, working the land and harvesting a variety of crops, including lemons and avocados,
before settling upon the joys of Christmas.

Today, Tree Farm represents one of the largest new residential developments to be approved in the county in over 50 years. Yet, the joy of home and a legacy of thoughtful stewardship continues with plans to offer a variety of architecturally inspired new residences, from sprawling estate homes, to mid-size courtyard homes to smaller townhomes, nestled within the 25-acre grove setting that offers views of the spectacular Santa Ynez mountain range.
